And then there was the final farewell dinner. We went out of our way to create a very special experience. We threw out all the tables (120 to be correct) and put up a labyrinth of square tables, bush centerpieces to match the feel, giant flowers, dresses made of Comex color palettes, and a giant lamp of 300 paint buckets. Yes, we did.

Comex Convention 2012 – Part 2 “Circo”
On the second night of the event, we went from rustic brown to happy colorful as the theme changed from Don Quijote to Circo. We lost the chandeliers and replaced them with umbrellas, the wheat arreglos with cotton candy, the windmills with floating paint buckets and again – found the most creative ways to integrate Comex’ core material in the event design …

Comex Convention 2012 – Three days, three designs, three transformations – Part 1 “Don Quijote”
Every year COMEX, Mexico’s biggest paint supply company, hosts their nationwide convention. This year 1200 invited employees from divisions and offices all over Mexico made their way to Cancun for a 3-day event. While the convention hosted talks, discussions, speeches and business development reunions the organizers did not want to keep their annual get together all that serious. “La Sueña de Comex” was the theme title of this year’s convention, and kept to its promise when the organizers in collaboration with Eventos Euforia created a stunningly different event design for their selected themes – Don Quijote, Circo and Alice in Wonderland …
